Meet the Teacher......

I have been teaching at my home address for over twenty years. I also teach piano at Crypt Grammar School and Ribston Hall High school, Gloucester.

My teaching qualifications are:

Associate of the Royal College of Music (piano teaching diploma)
Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (piano performer's diploma)
Associate of the Birmingham School of Music (piano teaching diploma)

I am a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians

and am an ISM Registered Private Teacher.

Teaching background

I was born in Gloucester and have lived here for most of my life. With many years of experience in teaching children, teenagers, and adults to play the piano, I provide the highest standard of piano tuition to my students, motivated by my love of music and the passion to transfer my knowledge and skills to others, so their creativity and talent can shine.

I have a flexible teaching approach to suit all needs, and I always seek to encourage each individual pupil to develop their particular musical abilities as far as possible.

Some pupils just wish to play for pleasure, others are keen to go further and take exams. I have very good

exam success rates.
